The key to every swimmers success is a supportive parent who is there every step of the way and Helen was that parent. Having talented children in the sport she started teaching and coaching to help them progress further. With 14 years experience teaching from beginners all the way up to National athletes, her caring nature and vast pool of knowledge make her one of the very best.
