Adult and Child Lessons
Our adult and child lessons are designed for your babies first splash in the water. These lessons introduce the first fundamentals needed for your childs swimming journey all whilst having lots of fun and games. Our age range is from 3 months up to 2 years of age.
Learn to swim
Next we have the duckling class, which is the first time the lesson is taken independently from the parent. These classes are for 2-3 year olds and have therefore been created with extensive safety but fun learning skills in mind. Our class sizes are a maximum of 6children and the teacher is always in the water.
Stages 1 – 8 of the Swim England learn to swim programme are developed to provide core skills and technique for all 4 strokes. Here the swimmers transition from beginners all the way through to being highly advanced in the water. Through stages 1-4 we still have the maximum of 6 per class with a teacher in the water.
Academy
Academy is designed for the Fast Lane swimmers who have completed the Learn to swim programme and are transitioning through to competitive swimming. This is the final stage of the swimmers journey and here they will be introduced to race practice and a higher level of stroke technique.
Adult lessons
It is never too late to start swimming or learn a new skill. Our highly supportive and friendly teachers create a lovely environment to help you on this journey, which many find a daunting experience. We also offer triathlon training for those adults who may need some extra help when competing, please get in touch for more info.
Private Lessons
Our one to one lessons are for swimmers who are wanting to improve something specific, such as an area of technique, fitness or water confidence or for those who simply require a fast track way of learning. These can also be beneficial for athletes who require extra training for events like open water, triathlons or competitive swimming.
